Love the music at Epcot Orlando
One of the things that we really enjoy during our Disney vacation was the music that they play each evening over at the Epcot band area. I would be sure to check the event calendar before I left for your hotel and get in on the action, it is a blast. You can buy wine, beer and fancy drinks there.

Be sure to check the schedule and see all the shows. If you wait until 2pm or so and start planning for the shows, you will likely not be able to fit them all in. Live shows are the key to the park. And they mentioned Orlando a few times already during the shows, as disney is more than just Lake Buena Vista.
