BLINDPASS BEACH
Keeping Away from the Sharks
The water here around the island is just so perfect for us that have children. Nothing like the Atlantic Ocean, here you do not hear about shark bites. It happens, but is extremely rare on the Gulfcoast of Florida. The water gets deep really quick in the Ocean, but here it is very calm and even five miles out it is only around ten feet or so.
