Our small town spotlight gives this area high regards for uniqueness, nature sighting, and fishing opportunities. Boaters come for miles to enjoy the clean and pure waters of Bokeelia and Boca Grand Pass.

This Bokeelia Nature Center is the place for wet lines, flat tides, and early morning fog. Real fishing is done here. What helps the fishing is the large amount of linear water movement which often yields excellent results around Pine Island Sound. The most popular fish to catch are trout and redfish.
