Long Sanibel Island Beach Walks
This shoreline is so magical, with miles and miles untouched and still in its primitive original form. The City of Sanibel did a masterful job of preserving so much of the beach. Nature is everywhere and when the water is calm and flat, you can see the little nurse sharks along the beach. No worries, shark bites are so-so rare on the Southwest Coast of Florida.

Look for the Animals and Birds
Fall is just around the corner and that is when lots of turtles, birds, and animals start coming out more in the open. Also, the eagles are often overlooked in the skies above beaches and parks, for Captiva or Sanibel. The islands here are ranked as one of the top ten bird watching destinations in the world.

Summer is the Best Beach Season
Fantastic....I have been working very hard on Sanibel learning. There are a bunch of places I would like to walk into, shops, ice cream places, etc. My vacation order this year will be Sanibel-Captiva & Key West. Later, Islamorada, & Key Largo. See ya later.
