Lots to do for fun in Lee County Florida
We could also go see the Edison house at Christmas too. That is close by and they decorate for Christmas. Lets focus on some local things. We can play some tennis at the Yacht Club. It is great weather for tennis. Or play some Bocce. Or bike ride in Sanibel or Lovers Key. Or we could go out on a fishing boat. Or we could go back to the places in Ft. Myers Beach that you wanted to go back to.

Things for adults to do in Fort Myers
I would recommend doing a little bit of research and read ahead before you go visit the attraction. It really puts it all into perspective when you know more of the history and you will enjoy the events more. This is definitely all about history and a big part of why our Southwest Florida is so strong.

Our Special Ft. Myers Historic Site

Very interesting place to see and take a tour. This is our history and it is right in our back yard. The Museum won the National Stewardship Award for its preservation efforts of this Florida Historic Landmark. The tours are huge here and lots of fun to see, with or without the tour guide. We like to walk self-guided by the literature and map you get up front.
