Where to park your car and Ft. Myers Beach?
The one aspect that can be tricky at most of the Florida beaches is parking the car. It is not bad here, but the main parking lots do fill up. Look for the metered parking underneath the bridge. Your car can be in the shade if you pick the right parking spot. This particular parking lot does not usually fill up.

Up and down the entire beach zone of Estero Island you will find plenty of public beach parking areas. Do know that Bowditch Beach and the Main Beach City Center do fill up very often. When there is an event or special celebration the parking lots for sure will be jammed up.
