Flat Water is my kind of Boating
What I like about being on the water around here is that so flat and calm because it's protected. You see lots of fish and things moving in the water everywhere you go, creating a really neat nature experience.

We Love the Scenic Boating
The water is loaded with fish due to the abundance of breading areas. Find the Matlacha Community Park 2-lane boat ramp one block past the fishing bridge, left into the park. It is so cute here and makes for a sweet Southwest Florida Day Trip.

Such a break it was to find a bit of peaceful seclusion, it is the kind of getaway that combines outdoors, nature, and the romantic waterfront. This area called Matlacha is surrounded by water and has migrated from being a fishing village to also a neat spot for couples. Try the Bayview Bed & Breakfast (webbwiz.com/bayviewbb or 239-283-7510), we had the grandest of times.
