You will enjoy the Big Waves
On this coast, boating is not nearly as huge as over in Clearwater or Naples. They have more island and better fishing. Here, you get the mighty waves. Some days it gets four or five feet in height, and not during a storm.

Just plan on the fact that is a very small beach town, but the cool ticket to an old style Florida Beach Vacation. The shopping area is quaint, but using the car you can explore plenty of neat spots and loads of seafood restaurants and water sport activities.
