Easy Beach Play Fitness
This is the easiest way to burn a ton of calories since you will not be keeping track of time. It all goes so much longer when you are cooled by your feet being in the ocean water. This was suggested to us by our gym fitness instructor here in Cocoa Beach. We love the exercise and have no excuses now!
