Life is Grand on the Water
After moving to Cape Coral, everyone is always asking me about how it is to live on the water? Is it worth the extra real estate dollars over a land lock property? I can answer that easy, from ten years ago I sold and moved away from a waterfront residential home in St. Pete. And I was just sick. No more coffee in the morning on the dock. Could not fish with friends while watching football games on Sunday. The kayak on a whim was gone. I do not want to go through that again!
