This is one of the best things to do on the island and we always walk the trail. It's very popular for those on bicycles, but you can really absorb all of the nature and details as you walk the path way. Do not pass up the Ding Darling Complex, they are so helpful in explaining the rare history behind this great waterfront Park. Any time of day is fine, just fine the right weather conditions for you.
