Disney Horse and Pony Rides

Our children just rave over the Horse and Pony Rides. Ask any of the cast members at the outpost or the settlement. Go horseback riding as part of your Disney Orlando camping vacation. We had no idea that Fort Wilderness had this special zone for horse play. It is called the Tri-Circle-D Ranch, the spot to do just that. Pick a nice time of day for your ride!

Do not spend the Marriott Points in Orlando
Let's save our Marriott Hotel Points and go camping in a tent at Disney. I don't think you should spend your points in Orlando because there are so many deals in Orlando, like Fort Wilderness. Plus, there are some pretty neat places to stay in Orlando. All Star Movie Resort is very cheap and has a super gigantic heated swimming pool.

Do bring a Bike to Fort Wilderness
The horse trails run all around and through the resort area. Very fun and we loved staying here. You need a bicycle if you want to skip waiting for the bus, although they are fine and run fast and steady.
