You can find the boat (perhaps this is actually a ship!) right over at the docks just in front of the Schooner Wharf Restaurant & Bar. What is so extra special is you can take the fish caught on the Tortuga, straight over to eat your catch. Yes, the Schooner Wharf is one of the many Key West Restaurants, which will cook your catch. This is done for you at a discount, as compared to the normal fish of the day price.
