 HYATT PIER SIXTY-SIX
This is where the Boat Taxi Stops!
You will enjoy the stay here, it is oh so boater friendly. We had a great time in Fort Lauderdale and we got to see the big ship go out to sea, Oasis of the Seas. It was fantastic to see it. That ship is unbelievably gigantic and is parked about a half mile from the Hyatt. Love the pool and location of the hotel.

Things to do in Fort Lauderdale
We had fun on Olas Boulevard, that is a sure thing to do. You can see the Flagler Arts & Technology Village and the Museum of Discovery and Science, if you have children. Those are family oriented places, as is the Everglades Airboat Rides.

Benihana Fort Lauderdale Menu
The place we like the most for eating near the hotel was the Benihana. A casual-fancy dining opportunity and just look at a few of the dishes to try: 1 Twin Lobster Tails (Two cold water lobster tails grilled with lemon juice, veggie mix) 2 Yakisoba (Combo of grilled chicken, beef, shrimp with noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms, onions and special sauce) 3 Land and Sea (Tender filet mignon and sea scallops grilled in butter and lemon).

Big Boats and lots of Watersports
We had ridden our bikes over to the Hyatt hotel to see the marina there and we were just leaving the Hyatt when we spotted the ship. We headed back along the channel to see the Oasis of the Seas Ship go out to sea. As we were biking we could see it next to the condo buildings and it was larger than the 20+ story buildings. It was so amazing to see.
