Neighborhood Block Party Fun
We need to start having more block parties that are open to all residents, owners, and renters in the area. We do have about a dozen rental units, they deserve to be at the block party events as well. Remember, everyone needs to bring a food dish, beer, wine, and the lawn chairs. Keep up the great work, we love living here. Do not forget about signing up for the bus trip to Key West, our summer trip is right around the corner.

Information on Living in St. Pete
While visiting St. Petersburg, I was impressed with how wonderful the neighborhoods are. Downtown is much improved with lots of completed projects with larger budgets too. We love the uniqueness of St. Petersburg and the waterfront shopping zone. This is an urban icon and a one-of-a-kind city.
