US Top Dog Loves Key West
Save this one for the middle of your vacation stay. President Truman came on a vacation and the Navy had this home available on the base, so here he stayed. It was learned over the years how much Mr. Truman loved the climate and the neat things everybody else likes about Key West. They fixed up the home and declared it as Truman's the Little White House, as it remains today. History shows that he and his staff came to the island for retreats during his presidency approximately a dozen times.
