It is time to enjoy a great show and some boot stomping music. This concert hall is just perfect to enjoy an evening musical performance. The line up at the American Gardens Amphitheater is typically excellent. Many of the classic bands that we grew up with play here. Look here, yes, it is Garth Brooks!

This tribute to Canada is even blessed with mountains, streams, flowers, and more nature. The 360-degree movie is an Epcot Pavilion must see, and perfect for cooling off on a warm day. We liked the giant hotel building, a replication of the famous Hotel du Canada. Northwest Mercantile is the spot full of fanciful trinkets, Canadian gifts, and spectacular souvenirs.

The Stars and Strips are well represented in the USA Showcase, where you will learn special details about American history. Mark Twain and Benjamin Franklin are the big stars here, using audio animatronics to show Epcot visitors the events of America. I was very surprised how excellent the music and songs were presented in a show called, Voices of Liberty. Just next-door is the "Liberty Inn" which serves classic American faire, with indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the best of the Epcot Pavilions, France is grand, styled up, and celebrated. At various times throughout the day, checkout some really good street performers and other entertaining antics. Do not miss Impressions de France, a cool film to relax and soak in the beautiful French countryside. After the movie browse the various shopping spots that highlight designer cosmetics, baked goods, and wines.

See a special glimpse of the beautiful Norwegian castle that the Disney engineers styled after Akershus, a 14th Century War Fort residing in Oslo's harbor. This land has a special attraction, Maelstrom. You get to journey just like a Viking, taking a nice boat ride to explore the heritage of Norway. The Puffin's Roost is a very unique shop that sells authentic Viking helmets and troll statues.

Everyday is Oktoberfest in Epcot Germany as 16th-century historical architecture and festive atmosphere gets you going. See the cobblestone plaza, which perfectly represents a charming Bavarian village. Come hungry as you will find a delicious Buffet Feast at Biergarten, and a really good German Band entertains while you feast on the German Food.

If you want to relax, have a beer, and take in a nice street act, England is the spot. Get that tasty pint of traditional English ale, plus fish and chips at the Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room. We have regularly spotted Mary Poppins making Character Greetings at Epcot United Kingdom. A little Beatles Music in the courtyard is a nice treat while you shop.

After enjoying the day exploring Epcot, the Italian experience is not complete without a feast! This is the sport for authentic Italian cuisine, my favorite for this is L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante. Also, be sure to see a live performance from the World Showcase Players. Each day, these Disney artist put on a spirited show which is perfect for the whole family. Do not miss Sergio the Juggler and his interactive circus style act out in the courtyard.

Plan to spend the most time in the Epcot China Showcase. First, take your family on a special journey through China's historical cities and scenery at the Circle Vision 360° movie. The movie titled Reflections of China is very good, and children will love it too. If you would like to taste true Chinese cuisine, eat in oriental style at the Nine Dragons Restaurant. Finally, the number one thing to do at Epcot Showcase is enjoying the Chinese High Flying Acrobats in Epcot's China Courtyard.

Wow, what a treat is the Asian experience at the Land of Japan. Look for the towering brightly blue roofed pagoda, representing the historic 7th century Horyuji Temple. Do take the neat little footbridges, which carry you over streams loaded with greenery and some very exotic marine life. Epcot Japan has two really good full service restaurants and the gigantic and world famous Mitsukoshi Department store.

If you have never seen the Koutoubia Minaret, you get your chance in Morocco. This famous Marrakesh prayer tower is located at the entrance to this Epcot land. You may notice that the Moroccan Showcase represents the old city (Medina) and the new city (Ville Nouvelle). Daily Character Greetings from Aladdin, Jasmine, and Genie make this an attraction your kids will adore.

Chair Act at Epcot France
Yes, the Chair Act at Epcot France is one-of-a-kind. It only lasts for about 15 minutes, but is so explosive. Everyone will laugh and laugh.

Climbs Straight Up
Have you seen the Chair Act at Epcot France. One guy has a comedy act going with the Disney audience and the other is stacking chairs, then climbs straight up.
